Moore played 40 offensive snaps (58%) against the Bengals in the AFC championship game, the second-highest number from Kansas City’s wide receivers. While that only led to three catches for 13 yards, Moore was targeted seven times in the 23-20 win. The rookie has yet to score his first NFL touchdown, but clearly has earned the trust to stay on the field. As someone with game-breaking speed, I wouldn’t rule out an end-around run or maybe an early screen pass that Moore can break, and I think there’s a ton of value at +6500. This Philadelphia defense has been utterly dominant against “traditional” offensive plays, so I wouldn’t be shocked if Andy Reid and his staff cook up something outside the box to get an early touchdown on the board. You can also get Moore's anytime TD price at +1200 at FanDuel.
Not only has Scott scored in both playoff games, he has a touchdown in four of the last five going back to the regular season. He'll have a great chance to notch another one Sunday in a run-first Eagles attack. Plus, this is a great price for a Scott TD, as it is around +500 on average and as low as +400, making this look like an even better value.
Yes, Fortson only scored two touchdowns in the regular season, but I think he has a great chance to get one in the Super Bowl. Given the unknowns for the Chiefs with injuries and the status of some players up in the air, Fortson could get more opportunities here to get the ball and to score. Plus, Stuckey from the Action Network also talked about why you should consider betting on a Fortson TD on BetQL Daily and you can check that out here.
With Patrick Mahomes' ankle injury, this is more of a long shot than usual, but that’s why I like it. If the Chiefs find themselves near the goal line and needing Mahomes to scramble to get in, we’re going to see him do it. I wouldn’t rule out a QB sneak at the 1-yard line either. Is that smart with Mahomes' bum ankle? Probably not. But this is the Super Bowl and knowing the type of competitor Mahomes is, he’s going to do anything he can to win this game.
